Strategywiki is probably the best source of Maplestory info, but doesn't have quests/items. You can do the same for 3rd, 4th, and 5th Job. - LGR/Magnus/Hilla Fury. And even if it is, it can't be potted. Totems can be obtained from the Afterlands questline.
